Indigo is a body of work shaped by movement, memory, and material. Created while living in Dakar, Senegal between 2011 and 2012, it traces the journey of a deep blue hue that has followed me across continents - from the textiles of Burma to Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal - shifting through subtle tonal variations into earthy and rust-like shades.
