In Meandarra through a Monochrome Lens, I invite you to explore the quiet strength and enduring spirit of outback Queensland. During my time exploring this region, I found myself captivated by the monumental grain silos, the sweeping rural railway lines, and the profound heritage preserved within the local ANZAC Memorial Museum. Rather than simply documenting the scenery, I wanted to capture the true emotion of the Australian outback—the resilient stories of the people who work this land and the timeless, quiet sentinels that watch over it. Through these high-contrast images, I hope to share the deep shadows, brilliant light, and raw textures of Meandarra exactly as I experienced them.
