At this contest Nicolas Mark hit the IPL stage for the first time. He placed 1st in Men’s Athletic Open and earned his IPL Pro Card. Then went on to make his Pro Debut at this show, placing 1st, earning his first IPL Pro title.

The following month he would go on to compete at APEX V (the IPL’s year-end-event) in Pro Men’s Athletic. At APEX he placed 1st, earning his second IPL Pro title and became the IPL’s new APEX Pro Men’s Athletic Champion.
