Empowering Others to Succeed. You may be asking yourself, “What does it mean to empower others? What does it take?” The first thing that comes to mind when we talk about empowering others is bringing “energy and enthusiasm” out of someone so that they realize they have the potential to push beyond their comfort zone. The person looking to empower others must possess leadership skills or valued knowledge. Also, once you have decided to empower others, you must then make it your primary goal. To achieve this goal often requires that you determine which people to empower and learn to inspire and motivate those people to be interested in what you have to offer. Surrounding yourself with positive-minded individuals who encourage thinking outside the box is key to accomplishing this goal. Also, you must share as much knowledge as possible. Among everything else, you have to be positive-minded.
