Making It Work – The Power of Teamwork! “Collaboration” is the first word that comes to mind when I think about the power of teamwork. Why? Because to work successfully as a team you have to collaborate with one another. It takes a lot of effort to create this magazine; it takes teamwork. Some may call it group work, but whatever you call it, it is really the individual commitment behind it that makes a team. That, in itself, creates a powerful unity resulting in team success.
