Stitching is my second language. I’m drawn to the uncanny in life—what’s broken, worn, stunning, or overlooked. I seek out the things that don’t make sense. The quilted form anchors my work; it offers a strong, structured line against a soft, yielding surface. Over the years, my practice has shifted—from narrative-driven pieces to something rawer, more instinctive and expressive. I quilt, cut, reassemble, and repair—not just fabric, but also the restless, layered ideas in my mind. For me, the process is everything.
