Kent Brewer (WaxaPreservation)

I would describe my paintings as impressionistic realism. I prefer to paint en plein air because I feel that painting on location adds just a touch of authenticity to the piece that studios can’t. Not that there’s anything wrong with studio art, as I do those as well. But each time I look at piece of art on location brings back the memory of where I was, why I was there, and the people I interacted with... be it fellow artists or just curious observers.
