Jo-Anne Coletti (vintagerosecollection)

Decorative Artist Jo-Anne Coletti from Massachusetts specializes in everything Roses, and has a special fondness for beautiful things that are faded, worn and well loved. Jo-Anne brings the past into the present by transforming antiques into romantic works of art featuring her favorite flower. Old doors, rusty pails and neglected tables are given a new, but old, look under her paintbrush. She is often inspired in her work by old paintings of roses, a favorite subject of Victorian artists. They have "a quiet gentleness about them" she explains, that are absent in paintings of other subjects. For over a decade, Jo-Anne's passion for art has turned into a thriving business. Named after her love of roses, Vintage Rose Collection, Jo-Anne's paintings and hand painted heirlooms have graced homes from California to Korea.
