The South Platte River Advisory Youth (SPRAY) Council is committed to taking a watershed-wide, ecosystems perspective so we can learn about significant problems and create practical solutions for the South Platte River in the Denver area. We focus specifically on coordinating roles for youth and community that can address the broadly distributed sources of river pollution.
