Thomas is a profoundly gifted child and has been a member of Mensa, the high IQ society, since age five. He is homeschooled, and demonstrates highly gifted areas of math and english. Thomas is also a gifted drummer, and is in an extracurricular band at School of Rock.
Thomas has been creating stories since a toddler, and at 8 years-old he asked if he could write his stories down. When Thomas is creating, he uses a dictation advice which scribes his story and ideas. He then goes back, and edits the story using an online thesaurus as well as checking his grammar and spelling. Thomas does get some assistance with all the typing, but that's the only part of the process that Thomas gets assistance with. The illustrations/cartoons for his book are done by his mom, per his request.
