Mark Roseman (MarkDr)

'Dr. Mark' is an author, international speaker and child custody expert with specialization in high conflict personality and parental alienation. He began his field work in 1998, as Assistant Director for Child Access in Washington, DC with the Children's Rights Council serving with its founder, David L. Levy, Esq. Dr. Roseman founded The Toby Center for Family Transitions in 2010, now a leading child visitation and child reunification agency based in Florida providing supervised visitation, family therapy and mediation – all to mitigate high conflict child custody matters and to improved child outcomes when parents separate. Publisher of Contemporary Family Magazine, flagship of Preserving Family Ties Media, LLC, Dr. Roseman is an experienced mediator, family educator and consultant on family and social issues.
