Founded in 2009 Kase Qtr Productions has become a valuable source in the areas of Speaker, Author and Artist Management. We produce live music events and consult for charity special events. We are a company that strives to help foster, develop, and guide the careers of our clients, working with a long-term vision of creating enduring and profitable careers. We offer customized, promotions, marketing and public relations campaigns. Our main objective is to make sure you have what you need to navigate a successful career. Our expertise also provides solutions for corporations and brands looking for successful business and music integration and activation. We are proudly representing high profile corporate speaker and executive coach Dr. Rhonda R. Foster, keynote speaker and author Dr. Paulina Van and motivational speaker and author Julius Mercer.

Charles (Tony) Smith started Kase-Qtr Productions upon his arrival in Los Angeles in April 2010. He has been in the entertainment industry since 1997. His prior experience includes publishing Minorities & Women In Business Magazine. Tony was the concert manager for major R&B festival (Starfest 97) that featured Chaka Khan, Ashford & Simpson, The Ohio Players and Frankie Beverly and Maze. He was co - producer and MC of Straight From The Heart, a benefit concert for the American Heart Association.

In 2017 Charles served as tour manager for the Capital Jazz Super Cruise. Road manager for smooth jazz super band Jazz In Pink at Sea Breeze Jazz festival along with producing major events for client's Wayne Linsey, Magdalena Chovancova and Threestyle, Suren Arustamyan and Sharon Rae North.

Kase Qtr Productions has been a consultant for the annual Starlight Serenade in Hollywood CA for the past 13 years and more recently, is a consultant for the Annual Life Luxe Jazz Experience in Cabo. We also provide web design and webmaster services for Jazz In Pink and Wayne Linsey.
