In 2015, Joe served as an adjunct communications instructor at Texas Tech University, where he also earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising. He now serves on the board of its College of Media and Communication. He has also worked with Junior Achievement and visits hospice patients in the Cincinnati region.
He began his career as an advertising junior project manager and became the firm’s youngest vice president by the age of 30. He later studied real estate through books, seminars, and guidance from accomplished businesspeople. After leaving advertising in 2012, he raised enough private investment within six months to purchase a 168-unit complex.
