Alesha Brown is the Founder and CEO of Fruition Publishing Concierge Services™, a hybrid publisher devoted to helping authors find their voice, monetize their expertise, and create profitable author platforms.

Alesha’s work led to her receiving the 2019 Inside Business’ Entrepreneurial Excellence award. Her expertise has been featured in Publishers Weekly, Authority Magazine, Huffington Post, Thrive Global, and iHeartRadio, just to name a few.

Using her expertise and direct relationships with top producers from the top shows and outlets, Brown helps authors garner media attention and position their books for commercial success. She has served as a celebrity interviewer and Managing Editor for various podcasts and magazines before creating her own, Published! Magazine™, the premier magazine devoted to current and aspiring authors, book lovers, and the companies that promote them.

A best-selling author, copywriter, and former international editor, Alesha currently serves on the DEI Committee for the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA), is an IBPA member roundtable facilitator, and has been a conference speaker for IBPA’s Publishing University Conference. She starts her two-year term on its Board of Directors on July 1st, 2022.
