In Swahili, the word amani means peace and upendo means love.

Presently, I’m on a journey with like-minded believers who are ready to get on the path to total wellness through Christ! As a Wellness Coach, I implement Biblically sound practices and adaptions to everyday life so that you too can achieve ‘wellness.’

Our lives right now are filled with many distractions that take up so much time in the day. Whether it be work, school, family, or social aspects it can be difficult to find time for God and for yourself. My goal is to empower you with Bible based practices.
