A run away Elf finds adventure in a strange land. He befriends the Blind King, a silly artist who continues to paint although he cannot see. The Phantom Elf becomes the Royal art Critic. Phantom's imaginative promotion of the King's reputation has no basis in fact. Soon the Elf's exaggerated praise of the king gets him into trouble. 36 full color illustrated pages.
