Death: what is it?

Life is a relationship with fleetingness, and Death: a magazine for the enthusiast and non-enthusiast alike is a bi-annual magazine that speaks to this; a curated journal asking writers and visual artists to address the topic however they wish, in whatever tone. What is it, and—if I care—why do I care?

The word regularly provokes dark associations. Closer review betrays a spectrum of colors and considerations, as natural, mundane and pressing as life itself. Death magazine isn't simply reports of human mortality, but perspectives on how death arranges, enhances or obfuscates a life - literally, metaphorically, absurdly. In bed, on the bus, at a mall, during work; we all have daily relationships with it. Alongside every overlooked gesture, the fact remains: "this isn't going to last forever."

Death is not designed to generate a profit, and is available for free online.
