What is it, and—if I care—why do I care?

The word regularly provokes dark associations. Closer review betrays a spectrum of colors and considerations, as natural, mundane and pressing as life itself. Death magazine isn't simply reports of human mortality, but perspectives on how death arranges, enhances or obfuscates a life - literally, metaphorically, absurdly.
