This collection of photographic essays wonderfully captures those moments lost to time that briefly exist between then, now and the future.

In this book we are introduced to stories such as the transition of a forgotten and diseased river to it’s future promised renewal, the experience of transforming a black box stage into a living, breathing production, a story of vanishing gender distinctions as the subject looks inside for who they are and a documentation of the dawn of marijuana legislation in the Nations Capitol.

Each of these stories, photographed with a distinct and visually striking perspective is presented to us through the eyes of four talented and emerging photographers from the Sophomore Photojournalism class at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at the George Washington University in the spring of 2015.
