BNS had the privilege to speak to with one of Brooklyn's rising boxing star Frank Galarza. He speaks to us about life inside and outside the ring. Also a former artist that we had featured Pro Bikini Champion Cynthia Rodriguez enters the team as a Writer to her own segment called 'LunchBox Diva' she will be sharing delicious recipes so that our readers can enjoy new and common dishes without worrying about adding those extra pounds.
