"Overkill" is a zine that explores the over-militarization and the under-regulation of police forces in American society. Over armed, under-trained, over-aggressive police forces cause damage upon citizens and bend the Constitution in their favor. These damages result in court ordered compensation to the victims paid for by taxpayers. Those officers responsible for the damages are not properly held accountable. There is usually no proper outside review board. Paid administrative leave is common. The scales are systematically tipped in the favor of the police and against American citizens.
