Global Entrepreneurship Databases (GED) is an Australian research and publishing company based in Melbourne. GED’s core business is to monitor global trends in innovation & entrepreneurship and to keep the target readership efficiently updated about these trends. We are pleased to introduce our TECH START-UPS database from the ETD series. In this database, Edition 2014, more than 500 global start-ups are introducing their disruptive innovations in the Computing and Internet industry sector. In our database we have limited the age of the “Start-Up” to five years. The database aims in first place at giving a picture of the substantial investments in the Computing and Internet industry sector and this on a global scale. The database gives also an insight into the trends the industry is taking to respond to new challenges. The global Tech Start-ups show where the trends are heading and reflect as well the worldwide seed and early stage investment activities in the Computing & Internet industry.
