Rev. Billie Francey was appointed to China as a missionary by the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel at age 24. The Church later sent Rev. Francey to Japan. Rev. Francey was the first Foursquare Church missionary sent to Japan. After a brief furlough to the states, Rev. Francey returned to Japan with husband Jack Francey. Together they built several churches and won the hearts of the people as they preached the good news of the Gospel!
