Fearless Family Workbook

A Workbook to help parents provide information about their special needs child to future caregivers. Charts and questions help parents set down information about their child’s unique personality and lifestyle to help those entrusted with the responsibility of caring for their child when the parents are no longer able to do so. Future caregivers will be able to make informed, consistent decisions for that child. Parents will also know that their own loving choices and the values important to them will continue to be used in making life decisions for their child.
