Historic building and site photographs taken of the Historic George A. Dow Pumping Engine Co., in Alameda, California. (December 2012). All photographs were created and processed to HABS standards but not transmitted to HABS. The mitigation was state level because of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The photographs and negatives were delivered to the city of Alameda, California, and several of these books were printed and delivered to the city for distribution to local archives and historical societies.
