"My pressure plate was missing, but I still took pictures", is essentially a photo digest documenting every day life with a 35mm Minolta camera that was missing it's pressure plate. The pressure plate puts pressure on each 35mm negative to keep it flat while taking pictures. Because it was missing, most of the images are unfocused and/or soft in unexpected areas of the images, giving them a dream-like whimsical quality.
