Biomorphic Garden Party

"Selections from a Biomorphic Garden Party" is 14 full-color images in a glossy mini catalog measuring 8x8". With artist statement and paintings from the series; animals, botany, aliens, cells, hybrids, and disease are themes subconsciously explored in this new work.

This is a series that began in 2010 when, unbeknownst to me, a massive tumor had begun to take shape inside my right thigh. The imagery bore a frightening resemblance to the cancer that was growing (tentacles and all) as the scans would later show. The experience of dealing with this cancer kicked-off a whole new direction for my artwork.
