BLANC brings Mr M-16 , Budoy, on the cover of its men issue. It was an easy choice as we wanted someone to represent masculinity in a different perspective. Far from the usual chiseled all put together Spartan guy, we want someone with substance and someone who embodies the characteristics of a modern day Cebuano man – humble, grounded and devoted. Unintentionally, his signature head wrap and beard has become his trademark and earned him a spot on the list of Cebuanos with distinct and notable style.
