Focus on unplugging. Learth to worship trees, Nature, Love. Make art. Spend time outdoors, forest bathing, listening to the symphony of birdsong. Build your health, your relationships, your community. Learn to react only with kindness. It takes practice. Volunteer and support the things that make the world a better place. Vote with your wallet and support people, not corporations. Don’t expect the government or aliens or the guy down the street to fix things. It’s up to us and it’s the way forward.
