Founded in 2009 by Lien Mya Nguyen Oost, Effective Magazine released its first issue in January 2010 with a clear purpose: to support and uplift individuals navigating the entertainment industry. Recognizing how challenging the industry can be, Lien created the magazine as a platform to help others gain visibility, share their stories, and break through barriers. Effective Magazine is both a digital and print publication featuring interviews with models, actors, and directors, along with movie reviews and a wide range of content covering the entertainment world.
