Bhairab Kunda Trek is located at the nearby the Nepal-Tibet border in the Langtang Region of Nepal. Bhairab Kunda means a holy Lake in the Sanskrit language, named after the destructive name for Lord Shiva.
This lake is close to Kathmandu Valley and is newly opened for trekkers’ destinations. This place is visited by thousands of domestic tourists every year for religious purposes.
It is situated next right to PanchPokhari, which is a fusion of nature, religions, art, culture, and spiritual aspects of the Himalayas. It is a famous sacred pilgrimage site of Shamans, Buddhism, and Hinduism. Many religious peoples visit this holy place to bath away their sins during the month of Bhadra (August-September) at the full moon
