Issue 03: Food & Culture

The Jaguar Athenaeum is a student-led magazine that focuses on college and career readiness in the arts. Based out of Carrboro High, NC, it is created by members of The Jaguar Athenaeum club. Born from a desire to have one place to know about arts events, activities, and tips just for high school students, the Athenaeum hopes to become a local staple of Carrboro and beyond.

Issue 03: Food & Culture features eerie tales from myths, both local and foreign, history of food practices, and commentary on local businesses, along with a potato scavenger hunt, family recipes, and more!
