Gilbert Marching Indians

In photographing the students of the Gilbert High School Marching Band, I strive to show the personalities, quirks, and individuality of each student. Through these images, I hope to also show a sense of unity and sameness. The students have a common goal - to perform their best for the betterment of the band as a whole. But, they achieve this by being their own individual and each bringing something different to the group. My aim is for the viewer to see each student as a hardworking band member who, at the end of the day, is still a teenager finding their own path in life.
