ALPHABOOK 9 / Photograms was created in 1985 while an artist in residence at Light Work in Syracuse, New York. It is part of a series of artist books that experiment with the readability and legibility of typography created by cutting and/or folding paper and activated in space with the turning of the page. This digital version of ALPHABOOK 9 is part of a series of one-of-a-kind and small edition books I made in the 1980s to 1990s that are being re-imagined in facsimile to give them new life and a wider audience.
