In this month’s main story, we are pleased to announce the winners of the Bird Photographer Of The Year 2022 awards, An image of a rock ptarmigan in winter plumage taking flight above the snow-covered mountains of Tysfjord, Norway, takes the grand prize in the world’s largest bird photography competition.

Finally, we are joined by wildlife writer, Emily Hunt as she reports on the direction of which wildlife education could be taking for our next generation.
