As someone with a Mental Health condition. I wanted to start a visual series that captures different Mental Health conditions that has been experienced by individuals. In this series I am to invoke true feelings and emotions, and salute those who have come forward to say, "I struggle with Mental Health." I want to show an unfiltered and vulnerable individual. It is not to embarrass but to empower others. Never be afraid to admit to not being okay, seek help and live life to the fullest. You don't have to suffer in silence. #MentalWellness4all
