This issue's main feature interview and art + poetry showcase celebrates Chicago based teaching artist and poet Rachel L. Slotnick with mini poetry features of works by Ellen Austin-Li and Sandra Faulkner. Since its inception, PPM has maintained a twofold vision. We’ve built our foundation on advocating women’s voices by promoting their art and writing. Then, through our media outlets, we’ve nurtured a multicultural atmosphere that focuses on global women's interests and concerns. Our mission is to offer readers and contributors a safe place to explore feminist-inspired ideas and women’s unique experiences in every phase of life.
