Steeltown Anthem

Since starting the website Steeltown Anthem, I have met some wonderful artists, designers, architects, photographers, and musicians in our area. There is so much creative energy happening right now in Pittsburgh that it’s impossible to not be inspired on a daily basis.

I wanted to take everything we were doing on the site and create a magazine that people could hold and touch. We wanted to not only photograph and interview each artist, but to also show their spaces and the ob­jects that are dear to them. Every time I come into contact with a new friend, I am curious about where it is they come up with their ideas and creations. Every studio and space is interesting to explore.
