When I wrote the first edition of Not Without My Coffee in 2019 it was on a whim as a request from a friend to help regain her creativity through writing and journaling. The whim turned into a 50 page journal prompt book that sold close to 200 copies and here we are now releasing our 2nd Edition or as I have been enjoying saying here is to a Second Cup!

In this 2nd Edition all of the journal prompts have been revised and deepened to help you find even greater clarity in your life to help you realize the person YOU truly want to be!

With clear and defined purposeful intention my quest is to give you a new journey to experience, new thoughts to consider, encourage you to generate new ideas to fill your life with joy, action and love while leading you to all of the success you seek in this life.
