Who is the doer of Charge-Discharge Karmas? (Gujarati Dadavani October-2004)

The biggest ignorance in this world is unawareness of 'Who am I', 'Who runs this world', 'Who is the doer'. Whenever we ask someone that does everything happen according to your will?
