Plant Photobook

"Lean Towards the Light" was designed for a photo-book challenge. The title comes from a quote by Kris Carr. I pulled from this quote because of the hope I have for people to find the inherent goodness inside of them. I think the quote also has strong connotations to the imagery of plants used in this book. Plants lean towards the light to grow and become stronger. Light is something that plants need to become a better version of themselves.

The challenge's goal was "to document elements of my work environment." I chose to hone in on the plants that surround me in the three rooms where I do most of my design work. I also decided to incorporate the lyrics to songs I listen to while I work. These sights and sounds embody the two main elements of my design work environment.
