There was no better place to be for a rockabella and her fella than in Las Vegas, Nevada this past spring. To be precise April 13-16, 2017 was the time and The Orleans Hotel and Casino was the place. The days were a warm eighty-something degrees while the cool nights were in the sixties. The weather was pretty damn perfect for the twentieth anniversary of the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend. You knew you were in the right place as there were no shortage of delightful dolls in their best Bettie Bangs, Victory Rolls, and Vintage Waves; while their greaser guys made sure their pompadours were perfectly slick and jeans were cuffed.
