As editor in chief of The Platform Magazine and a professor in science, I’ve given talks to a range of audiences about why science is important to humanity’s wellbeing. These past few months I have had the privilege to meet many scientists at different conferences and events to help collaborate and educate the importance of different fields in science. This month’s issue we highlight medicine, research, health and the importance of science. Dr. Evan Antin is our June cover story. Dr. Evan Antin educates on the importance of vet medicine, our environment, and exotic animals. He shares his passion on exotic animal medicine and the importance of ecology biology.
