Altered Landscapes - Altered Lives is a re-creation of a typical day during the 1930s at the Civilian Conservation Corps, Camp SP-6, Company 1265 at Enfield, New York. The depiction is told through the voice and eyes of a fictional representative of the crew. This is not meant as a factual account but more as a tribute, a celebration of the young men who toiled to alter the landscape of Tompkins County for the better and in the process alter their own lives for the better.
