EMPATH

Usually the people most sensitive to the external environment carefully hide it in order not to be seen or felt as invaders but mainly to remain in the background and then be able to intuitively activate positive feelings all around them;

The first signature lights up upon a team's cohesiveness when faced with apparently overpowering odds and then proceeding to evade those, through an intuitive redirection of the whole team's push, like a logically unexpected action which leaves all those opposed smoked out of the event now being structured out of their range or reach;

A team is only one if there is an empath inserted within, a kind of affective leader, for affection is the basic way through which the empath circulates, orienting energies from each member towards to most efficient, discreet, quiet way of getting the goal or project operational within it's own integrity;

Never seen as such, that persona creates a global affective trust spread through each entity, turned into one.
