In “Academic Suspension,” photographer Harry Littell looks at his alma mater, Cornell University, in the time of Covid-19. Made over the summer of 2020, the photographs are a meditation on the quiet and emptiness of Cornell’s campus and architecture. “Academic Suspension,” “Divine Metaphysical Research,” and “Feeling that Merriment” form a trilogy of Littell’s recent reflections on upstate New York.
