Wallflower Mitt(en)s is a four page knitting pattern including written instructions and charts for mittens and fingerless mitts knit in the round with fingering weight yarn. The two-color stranded fabric features a stylized floral motif arranged in a diamond checkerboard pattern, with a smaller scale geometric pattern on the palm. The corrugated ribbing at the cuff is set off with contrasting trim worked in reverse stockinette stitch. The pattern is written for women’s size small or large and includes notes for adjusting the size by altering the gauge. See Wallflower Tam for the coordinating hat pattern.
