The articles in this issue cover a variety of topics. First off, our final Book Prize Competition winner is Cameron Telch, whose article, “Advancing the Dialogue of Mental Health in Military Museums: A Review of Shell Shocked: The Road to Recovery,” provides thought-provoking insight on both PTSD and other conflict-related mental health issues, and the ways in which museums can effectively address these topics. Other articles include a fascinating discussion of hyperinflation in Weimer Germany and its societal consequences by our resident numismatist and repeat contributor, Joel Forman, and a study analyzing trends and correlations relating to the topic of immigration in the United States by Serena Park. This quarter, Regimes Museum’s resident historian, Ralph Pickard, has curated a collection of East German documents, such as a social security card, and snapshots of various infantry and motorized rifle divisions.
