In the primary-treatment phase, 45.6% of all FCGs reduced their working hours and 17.4% stopped working altogether. In the post-treatment phase, 25.2% of FCGs worked fewer hours and 6.6% left the workforce completely. The results show that a higher probability of change in employment hours among FCGs is associated with the following patient characteristics having comorbidities, receiving chemotherapy treatment, limited ability to perform physical tasks, limited ability to perform mental tasks, and diagnosis of stage II of cancer. Care for cancer patients in both primary- and post- treatment phases may have substantial impacts on hours of formal employment of Chinese FCGs. Interventions helping FCGs balance caregiving duties with labor force work are warranted. Leiomyosarcoma usually develops in the myometrium and is characterized by a high recurrence rate, frequent hematogenous dissemination, and poor prognosis. Metastasis is usually to lungs, liver, and bone, and occasionally to the brain, but seldom to the head and neck region. Primary leiomyosarcoma very rarely arises in the broad ligament. A 54-year old woman presented to the otolaryngology department with a mass in the right posterior region of the neck 4years after surgery for a primary leiomyosarcoma of the right broad ligament. The neck mass was removed and found to be a metastatic leiomyosarcoma. Leiomyosarcoma localizations in lungs and liver were absent. Morphological examination showed both the primary and the secondary leiomyosarcomas to have features of low-grade tumors. One year after excision of the neck mass, the patient presented with tachycardia. Echocardiography detected two intracardiac nodules suggestive of metastatic tumors. Chemotherapy was administered; the disease has been stable since then. We report the first case of broad ligament leiomyosarcoma with the neck subcutaneous region being the first site of secondary involvement. We speculate that the Batson venous plexus might have been the pathway of dissemination. Approaches that evaluate feedback reflect either the sender's or receiver's viewpoint in isolation of each other. This study investigated prevailing student and practitioner views of feedback resulting from development and testing of a survey about feedback. This study used a cross-sectional design, incorporating use of expert consultation and factor analysis of surveys. Fifty-two items based on identified attributes for effective feedback from current research were developed and reviewed through expert consultation. Surveys developed from the items were completed by students (n = 209) and practitioners (n = 145). The juxtaposition of items based on students' and practitioners' responses to the surveys were examined through use of exploratory factor analysis. Separate student and practitioner surveys resulted. Each survey contained 23 items that clustered into factors. The item statements were different across practitioner and student groups Only nine items were shared across factors identified for both groups. The resulting factors represented different notions of feedback-namely, practitioners had a process-oriented focus in comparison with students' outcome focus. While students and practitioners view feedback differently this does not necessarily mean they are incongruous. Whil
