Simona Mele (workofsoul)
Artist, Jewelry Designer and Art Director, born in Rome where she currently lives. Since childhood, as a hobby and passion, she makes jewelry with the use of weaving techniques. Graduated in Telecommunications, Electronics and Information Systems (for 20 years she works as a Sales Agent with various Sector Companies moving between the Republic of San Marino and Milan), she never abandons her passion, doing studies of Fashion History over time , History of Jewelery and History of Weaving Techniques for Jewelry. At 18/19 years (1990/91) she has a short experience as a model and model for the Maison of Valentino. She leaves everything because she realizes that this is not her world, creating jewelry is more satisfying for her. In 2007 she decided to quit her job as a sales agent and try to make her artistic dream come true as a jewelry maker. The path is not easy also because in the meantime, 2009, she brings her third daughter into the world. From 2007 to 2011 his artistic career was slow and difficult since he had to stay behind his family. In 2011, after the death of his younger brother comes the turning point. After the time of mourning and the broken shards reattached, the production of various collections began aimed at a narrow circle of audiences. In the meantime, her eldest daughter entered the world of fashion as a model and the old dream of being part of it as a jewelry creator resurfaced. Thus began various collaborations with Photographers and Stylists. His first Editorial 'New Orizont' is from 2017. In 2018 he participated as Sponsor in a Beauty Competition 'MisSposa and MisSposa Curvy' where he met the Stylist Erasmo Fiorentino Couture with whom collaborations were born in Events and Fashion Shows including, in October 2018, participation in the presentation of the first selection of Miss World Lazio. On this occasion, he met the Photographer Luca Storelli with whom in 2019 he collaborated on several projects that have seen their publication in international magazines. Over the years the designer has known and collaborated with many Italian stylists such as: Federica Carone, Jenny Rudik, Antonio Martino Couture, Arianna Di Maio, Maria Grazia Di Donato, Rossella Cavioni Milano and many others.
