Six new species of Neotrichia Morton 1905 from Brazil are described Neotrichia anaua sp. nov., Neotrichia catrimani sp. nov., Neotrichia cauame sp nov., Neotrichia mucajai sp nov., Neotrichia quitauau sp nov., and Neotrichia xereuini sp nov. click here Illustrations of male genitalia are provided with each description.Four species of the genus Trichrysis Lichtenstein, 1876 are described from Vietnam as new for science T. aliciae Wiśniowski, sp. nov., T. chamchuensis Wiśniowski Nguyen, sp. nov., T. kylan Wiśniowski Cuong, sp. nov., and T. raymundi Wiśniowski, sp. nov. The species belong to the T. cyanea species group. The genus Carinostigmus Tsuneki, 1954 is reviewed from the Indian subcontinent. Two new species, viz. C. parliensis Tessy, Sureshan Girish Kumar, sp. nov. and C. nepalensis Tessy, Sureshan Girish Kumar, sp. nov. are described from India (Maharashtra and Uttarakhand) and Nepal (Bagmati Pradesh), respectively and differences from similar species are also given. A modified key to species of Carinostigmus from the Indian subcontinent is provided. Records for the other six species in the genus known from the Indian subcontinent are also provided. This is the first thorough taxonomic study on the identification and description of mullets based on their morphometric and meristic characters distributed in the coastal waters of Pakistan. The samples were collected monthly for two years from different localities of Pakistan. Forty eight parameters including thirty nine morphometric and nine meristic characters were determined. In this study 13 species belongs to seven genera are briefly described including one new record and taxonomic key for these species is developed.Fifteen parasitoids of Massicus raddei (Blessig Solsky) (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) are revised. The host is a serious pest of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz. and Q. mongolica Fisch. ex Ledeb. in NE China. All the parasitoids were reared from larvae of M. raddei. Pseudocyanopterus gen. nov. raddeivorus sp. nov., a new braconid wasp is described, and Cyanopterus tricolor (Ivanov) and Eubazus (E.) pallipes are new records for the Chinese fauna. An identification key to the parasitoids of M. raddei in China is provided. Detailed photographs of the parasitoids are provided.A new species of dwarf monocle bream, Parascolopsis akatamae n. sp., is described from the Indo-West Pacific. The new species is distinguished from all other species of Parascolopsis in having 16-19 gill rakers on the first arch, length of forked part of caudal fin 5.8-6.5 times in standard length, eye diameter 1.3-1.8 times in length of the longest dorsal-fin spine, and a pale yellow stripe present from lower edge of the eye to posterior edge of the preopercle. Parascolopsis eriomma (Jordan Richardson, 1909) is morphologically very similar to the new species and the two have been confused with each other for a long time. Therefore, we redescribe P. eriomma based on the holotype and newly collected specimens. In addition, we found that patterns of biofluorescence emission for both species are clearly different. This suggests that their biofluorescence patterns may function in distinguishing each other. The genus Ukamenia Oku, 1981 is recorded the first time for Thailand and a new species, Ukamenia thailandica n. sp., is described. Photograph of living specimens of U. thailandica n. sp. in natural resting posture is present. The one new taxon increases the number of described Ukamenia species to 4.Two new species of Sporrongia Gumovsky (Eulophidae Entedoninae), S. marginata sp. nov. from Costa Rica and Mexico, and S. niveicornis sp. nov. from Peru, are described and compared to the single previously known species, S. tobagoiensis Gumovsky. Sporrongia marginata has been reared from galls on the legume Andira inermis (Leguminosae). This is the first biological record for the genus and an indirect indication of possible gall induction by S. marginata. An illustrated catalogue of the Palaearctic types o
